Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Frisco, TX Thrive Dental & Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our Frisco team! We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely enjoys caring for patients, and wants to be part of a supportive team. Our ideal RDA is confident in the clinical setting, willing to jump in where needed, and understands that a great patient experience comes from the entire team working together. What You’ll Do As an RDA at Thrive, you’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and provide an excellent experience for our patients. Responsibilities include: * Assisting doctors during a variety of dental procedures * Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms * Taking quality digital X-rays * Sterilizing and processing instruments * Maintaining proper infection-control standards * Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the day * Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable during treatment * Keeping clinical areas organized, stocked, and ready for patient care * Working closely with the front office and clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Who We’re Looking For We’d love to meet you if you are: * A Texas Registered Dental Assistant with current X-ray certification * Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute * Friendly and comfortable communicating with patients * Organized and able to work efficiently in a busy environment * A team player who is willing to help wherever needed * Coachable and open to feedback and continued learning * Positive, professional, and solutions-focused * Someone who takes ownership of their role and the quality of their work Dental experience is preferred, but we care just as much about finding the right person for our team.
