Associate Dentist- Modern, Established Private Practice. 4 Days a week. We are a busy, established, privately owned dental practice with a strong patient base and consistent patient flow, seeking an experienced, confident Associate Dentist to join our team four days a week. We are looking for a knowledgeable clinician who can step into an established practice and provide excellent patient care from day one. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and people skills, and a commitment to continued learning and professional growth. We have an exceptional team and place a high value on collaboration, mutual respect, and a positive work environment. Our Doctors regularly collaborate on cases, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. We are looking for someone who values that same team-oriented approach and enjoys building relationships with both patients and staff. A Modern, Technology-Driven Practice Our 14-operatory practice has invested extensively in technology that allows our Doctors to provide comprehensive, high-quality dentistry, including: CBCT imaging Two BIOLASE Waterlase hard- and soft tissue lasers BIOLASE EPIC soft- tissue laser CEREC same-day dentistry with in-office zirconia and e-max capabilities iTero digital scanning and Invisalign NOMAD handheld x-ray units Electric handpieces Nitrous oxide Zoom professional whitening Intraoral cameras in every operatory Position Schedule: 4 days per week -no evenings or weekends Compensation: 30-35% of collections, commensurate with experience We are looking for a personable, motivated dentist who takes pride in their work, values continued growth, works well as part of a team, and is interested in becoming a long-term part of our practice.
