Dental Front Office Coordinator Job Posting

Celes Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing practice. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, confident with patients, and ready to take ownership of the front office. Responsibilities: -Manage scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and patient communication -Check patients in and out and collect payments -Verify insurance benefits and handle claims/pre-authorizations -Assist with A/R, outstanding claims, and patient balances -Present treatment plans and discuss financial options -Follow up on unscheduled treatment and hygiene recalls -Coordinate referrals and patient records -Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to maintain a smooth, productive schedule We’re Looking For: -Dental front-office experience strongly preferred -Knowledge of dental insurance and terminology -Excellent communication and customer-service skills -Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask -Proactive, positive, and team-oriented -Comfortable learning new technology and software -Oryx experience is a plus but not required.
