Dental Front Office Job Posting

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and grow with us. We are a private, doctor-owned dental practice, FFS/PPO, and we’re looking for a team player who wants to take ownership and help us continue building a great practice. This person will help with the business and operational side of the office, including: Treatment planning and follow-up Tracking production, collections, and other practice metrics Insurance claims, A/R, and collections Helping keep the team organized and on track Improving systems and day-to-day operations Identifying problems and helping find solutions Working closely with the doctor and team to keep the practice running smoothly Most importantly, we want someone who is reliable, positive, collaborative, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Someone who communicates well, supports their teammates, and takes pride in being part of something that is growing. We already have a bonus structure in place, and there is plenty of opportunity for the right person to grow with the practice.
