Tuscaloosa Dentures & Implants is a new dental practice focused on dentures, dental implants, extractions, and full-mouth rehabilitation. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant who is excited to join a growing practice from the beginning. Our clinic will be open five days per week, with this position typically scheduled **four days per week (8-4)**. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process. **Responsibilities include: ** - Chairside assisting during dental procedures - Assisting with dentures, implants, extractions, and restorative procedures - Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials - Maintaining sterilization and infection-control protocols - Taking dental X-rays and assisting with digital scans/impressions - Helping maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment - Providing a welcoming, compassionate patient experience - Assisting with phones, scheduling, supplies, and other duties as needed Because we are a startup practice, we are looking for someone who is **dependable, energetic, adaptable, and willing to take initiative**. A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed are especially important. Dental assisting experience is strongly preferred. Experience with oral surgery, extractions, implants, dentures, or digital dentistry is a plus.
