Dental Front Office Job Posting

Our private dental office in Magnolia area is looking for a full-time front office staff ( who is experienced with billing and treatment planning) join our friendly and supportive team. We’re seeking someone who is positive, organized, energetic with a commitment to excellent patient care, teamwork, and professionalism. Main Duties:
 -Treatment planning, Discuss treatment plans, costs and payment options with patients. -Manage paperwork, process payments, and verify insurance. -Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and insurance billing/ claims. -Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and assist with treatment planning. -Welcome patients and guide them through check-in and check-out. -Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining office policies. Qualifications: 2 years of dental or front office experience required. Familiarity with EagleSoft preferred, but not mandatory. Competitive pay based on experience along with bonus. Schedule: Mon-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
