All Day Smiles Dental is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. We are looking for a motivated, dependable professional who takes pride in their work, demonstrates initiative, and can confidently manage both clinical responsibilities and the daily organization of the back office. Schedule: 3 days per week – Monday, Wednesday, & Friday with potential for 4 th day Position: Part-Time / 4-Day Workweek
