What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the team through coaching, clear expectations, and a culture of ownership and accountability
- Run the daily rhythm: morning huddle, end-of-day check, and follow-through on what the team commits to
- Own office performance KPIs - production, collections, scheduling, and case acceptance - and act on what the numbers show
- Oversee insurance and billing performance, including clean claims and point-of-service collections
- Build, improve, and maintain systems so the practice runs smoothly whether or not you're in the room
- Partner with the doctor and leadership on hiring, onboarding, and practice growth
- Step into any role in the practice - front desk, clinical support, billing - whenever the team needs you
What You'll Bring
Required
- Dental office management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and collections
- Comfortable reading reports and KPIs and turning them into action
- A track record of growing practice(s)
- Dentrix experience
- A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude - no task is beneath you when the team needs a hand
- Grit and follow-through - you own outcomes, bring solutions, and get things done
