About the Role
This is a great office to work with an established team in an office that has a low turnover rate. There are 2 general dentists and 1 periodontist to assist with their procedures. We are a no-Medicaid office that caters to families and work professionals in the local Flower Mound area.
What You'll Do
- Assist chairside with the general dentist & periodontist (restorative, surgical, and implant procedures)
- Sterilization & Infection Control - maintain current systems of infection control
- Use iTero scanning system for crowns/bridges (restorative & removable)
- Clinical Organization & Inventory - maintain clean, organized and properly stocked operatories
- Treatment & Schedule Coordination - coordinate with the front office and clinical team to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately
What You'll Bring
Required
- Registered Dental Assistant
- Previous dental experience (minimum 2 yr)
- Knowledge of dental clinical skills
- Ability to scan dentition using iTero or similar system
- Ability to take x-rays for diagnosis
