NOW HIRING: INSURANCE & FINANCIAL COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES REQUIRED Clear Creek Pediatric Dentistry | League City, TX We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Insurance & Financial Coordinator to join our busy pediatric dental team! The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, confident in their dental insurance knowledge, and able to work independently while contributing to a strong, team-oriented environment. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of dental insurance experience Verifiable professional references Experience with dental claim submission, tracking, and follow-up Experience with insurance payment posting Dentrix experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance benefits, deductibles, frequency limitations, and EOBs Comfortable discussing and collecting outstanding patient balances Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork SCHEDULE Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: Administrative Day — No Patients Fridays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM are dedicated to administrative responsibilities, training, organization, and preparing for the week ahead.
