Just Wright Dental is an established andamp; and#34;all-things dental officeand#34; that is rapidly growing in full arch implant cases. We have 14 employees covering all the roles you would expect to find in a dental practice including a full time paramedic, cross-trained team all gifted in sedation monitoring and 3D digital printing/milling lab workflow.
Our full mouth implant transformations are rapidly increasing and our client-base is endless. We are looking for an ambitious inside sales professional that can efficiently talk to potential new patients as friends while creating WIN-WIN deals. You must be pleasant and highly influencing both on the phone and in person.

Phone/Internet/CRM Job Description:
We are seeking a highly intelligent Inside Sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers’ problems. The role is to constantly utilize Cialdinniand#39;s principles while: hearing the patientand#39;s concerns/needs, identify objections before the patient can bring them up, establish commitment to move forward should you work through help them conquer those objections, secure financing/dental insurance/medical insurance, and then finalize the majority of the deal.
Your role is to seek out and speak to leads, carefully understand their needs, qualify opportunities, qualify out when necessary, then proceed to proposals with those who are an excellent fit.

This aspect of your role involves meeting with physicians and surgeons and all of the folks that could potentially be a source for more patients that fit our criteria. This will range from DFW, Waco, Austin, Tyler, Huntsville, College Station as examples of markets you will travel to.

Proven past success in sales over $10,000 per unit ($27,000and#43; / unit preferred)
Ability to manage complex big ticket case sells
Confidence selling in both 1:1 and 1:many situations
Ability to identify objections that client/prospects are facing BEFORE they bring them up
You master Cialdinniand#39;s principles and know how to implement them to essentially create a closed deal before they are even seen in person

PLEASE NOTE: Preference will be given to applicants with at least TWO years of DENTAL and/or high dollar sales and financing experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: As a primary member of our call team, this position is not simply answering phone calls. As a member of our call team, this individual will be responsible for clearly communicating the unique culture of our office, conveying the excellence of our team and using exceptional verbal skills to establish value for our office and guide each new caller to schedule an appointment. Responsibilities include identifying caller needs, collecting patient information, scheduling appointments appropriately, pre-qualifying patients for third-party financing, explaining appointments, dental and medical insurance as well as answering general accounting and other questions. Will additionally be able responsible for greeting patients, checking them in for their appointments and ensuring their comfort. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with after hours and weekend forwarded calls tied to performance bonus so that it is well worth your time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Our ideal candidate will understand that to achieve our office’s mission of providing the highest-quality, patient-driven care to those who value our services, building genuine relationships with each patient is paramount. He or she will also be a hard-working individual with exceptional verbal communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. This is a key position in our practice with very specific qualification requirements. Knowledge of Open Dental and dental implants is preferred, and prior dental experience is a plus.
