Now Hiring: Scheduling and insurance coordinator for Oral Surgery Practice
When we opened in June of 2013, we decided that our main motivation going forward was to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our patients. One of our goals is to create and sustain a lasting relationship with our family of patients and to always leave them with the belief that they made the right decision in choosing us. Educating our patients on their oral conditions to allow for them to make sound decisions is a trait that sets us apart from other practices and we need a dynamic person who can maintain and enhance that experience.
What we are looking for is someone who shares our passion for a dynamic patient experience. We want someone truly passionate about oral surgery, always shares a sincere desire to do their best work and is self-motivated. You will be an integral part of building our brand by representing our practice to prospective patients referring doctors. You will be empowered to take initiative and ownership with an emphasis on being proactive while working with others to deliver results daily.
We require a person who is outgoing and personable; a candidate willing to get to know our patients and their needs. We need someone who is a stickler for details and focused on getting results. Dental Assistant Instructor
Having been dentist in this field for many years, it is true that having a skilled clinical chairside assistant is crucial to practice success. With that in mind Dr. Newton-Booker and myself have to sought to open and dental assistant school to help train the upcoming generations in the craft. We have experienced excellent clinical assistants during our combined 40 plus years, But we have also had the experience of not so trained assistants as well.
With that being said, we are searching for someone who has the experience and the drive to teach dental assisting to new students. To qualify for this position, you have to have either:
A) A bachelor's degree with a major in the field of instruction from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education
or
B) At least two years of teaching experience and/or work experience in the field.
