General solo dentist looking for a full time dental hygienist. Unfortunately, my current dental hygienist has decided to take a break from the profession. I am sad to see her go, but now I am on a quest to find a new hygienist. Looking for a mindful person who already has a nice life but is looking for a drama free place to work. My new dental hygienist must pay attention to detail, have the ability to connect and be a strong advocate of educating dental patients. You will need to work well with the dentist, connect with patients and be a strong communicator. Along with a sense of humor, flexibility, kindness, compassion, and not take the bumps in the road too seriously. You will need to be able to work through problems and have your own solutions. I am always open to suggestions to make my office more efficient, as well as a better place to work for all. Support will be offered to the hygienist by the entire office at all times. Must be open to learning new concepts and continuing education classes. One column of patients only! Salary is $45-$50 hour depending on experience. Medical benefits and retirement plan provided. Good references are a must!
