Office hours are…
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm, and every other Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting Experience – general/ortho/oral surgery/pediatric helpful. You may be working in the Orthodontics OR pediatric department.
- This position requires the employee to sit, stand, and move throughout the day.
- You will be working in close proximity with the doctor and patients.
- Compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines is mandatory.
- Must have the ability to project a positive, friendly, and professional image in person and on the phone.
- Must be articulate, detailed, and customer service-driven.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills – Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of others.
- Must be flexible and understand that your job duties may change from time to time and that you may be asked to help your teammates in other areas of the office.
- Must be capable of performing tasks that involve navigating a multi-story office environment, which includes the ability to ascend and descend stairs, as the office spans multiple floors.
