Together, we strive to offer a seamless and supportive patient experience for families and individuals alike. Position Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to co-manage (with current manager) the front desk operations for both The Dental Spa and Bright Smiles for Kids. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in dental billing and insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask between two distinct patient demographics. The Front Desk Manager will ensure smooth scheduling, insurance processing, and financial transactions while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere across both clinics. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Patient Experience Management: • Greet and assist patients for both The Dental Spa and Bright Smiles for Kids, ensuring a welcoming and organized check-in and check-out process. • Coordinate scheduling for both adult and pediatric patients, optimizing provider availability. • Handle incoming calls, appointment confirmations, and patient inquiries with professionalism and care. • Ensure a clean and inviting reception area that reflects the unique atmosphere of both clinics. • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Billing & Insurance Management: • Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits for both pediatric and adult patients before appointments. • Accurately submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and appeals. • Process patient payments, create financial arrangements, and explain treatment costs. • Post insurance and patient payments while maintaining accurate financial records for both offices. • Work with patients and parents to resolve billing inquiries and outstanding balances.
