A Synergy Dental Group FRONT OFFICE Treatment Plan Coordinator is the backbone of the practice and a crucial center of the team. Talented with intuition to connect with all personalities of patients? Do you have an affinity for cosmetics and details? The Treatment Coordinator serves as a patient and office advocate, coordinating treatment plans for dental care. The role is essential in securing pre-paid treatment plans with the coordination of financial resources
Additionally, this role assists the Office Manager in production goals and participates in greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and other office responsibilities as required. The Treatment Coordinator is efficient, knowledgeable with the ability to be intuitive yet influential and positive with every patient experience. ? Continuous assessment of all staffing needs and providing support for our Office Manager with effective recruitment.
Always meets the standards of professional and ethical conduct
Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making in all situations.
Ability to build relationships with our referring dental offices
Builds strong relationships based on honesty and trust.
Promotes Synergy Dental Group’s growth and success by contributing to the positive culture in accordance with the companys core values, mission, and vision.
Speaks with patients about treatment options and helps educate them about the treatment they need and the value of maintaining excellent oral health.
Helps patients accept treatment plans (without being pushy or high-pressure).
Educates patients on the risks of not receiving effective treatment.
Assists patients with selecting and accepting financing options that meet their needs.
Secures financial commitment from patients; collects payments and posts charges accurately to patient accounts in accordance with office policies/procedures.
Effectively handles objections and barriers to increase case acceptance.
Consistent case acceptance ratio of 85% of full treatment cases.
Maintains focus on the patient experience, particularly with new patients, ensuring they have a great patient experience.
Always ensures patients are comfortable, informed, welcomed, and appreciated.
Assist with various administrative activities such as answering phones, patient check in/out, coordinating insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments.
Assists with new patient growth goals by working with others in the administration of sales, marketing and various promotions.
Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze common insurance plan coverage for various procedures.
Efficiently work with various clinicians, assistants, and patients.
Assist with providing smooth patient flow, especially with add-on dental emergencies
Addresses problems and recommends effective solutions with work supervisor at the appropriate time and place.
Cross-trained to assist with other job roles as needed.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills.

Everyone on our team has daily goals and we measure our successes with our patient retention and treatment acceptance.
The KPIs you will be held accountable for are:
Maintains high case acceptance rate (85% case acceptance).
Maintain a clean, organized work area (90% compliance).
Attends team/company meetings and contributes to all training (100% participation).
Treatment plan acceptance (rate of 98% or above)
Fee For Service, Some Insurance Knowledge (85% case acceptance)
Patient financing experience with Care Credit,/ 3rd party financing options(85% case acceptance)
