Experienced Front Desk Specialist comfortable with Insurance, Insurance Claims and Verifications. Following up with patients and insurance companies, scheduling appointments, presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements, answering phone calls.... We are looking for an experienced, organized, and cheerful person to be a vital member of our small and talented team. Must love serving people while managing and coordinating a productive scheduling system for our practice. This person needs to have; Proficiency in Dentrix, Excellent communication skills, confidence and knowledge to discuss dentistry, finances, and insurance with patients and to collect for the treatment we provide. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have all implemented a very good system for keeping our team and patients healthy and safe. in addition to the CDC recommendations we have also: Strategically placed Air Scrubbing Purifiers with Medical Grade HEPA Filtration and EAV - Extraoral Aerosol Vacuum Units in our operatories the have an elephant trunk like extension that comes in front of the patient's mouth to suction all aerosols away before being released into the office. Again, must be proficient in Dentrix software.
