The Front Office/Business Assistant is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. Our Team is friendly, talented, and driven in working towards the practice growth goals. We prioritize use of the latest technology in order to provide the highest quality patient care. AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, YOU: Greet Patients Handle all incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm future appointments Submit Insurance Claims and Post Payments Maintain Insurance and Patient AR Review EOBs for Accuracy Take & Post Payments and Generate Monthly Statements Competent in Treatment Coordinating and Assisting Patients with Financial Arrangements Articulate, Polished and Professional Communicator YOUR HISTORY LIKELY SHOWS: 2 or more years’ experience in a dental practice Dentrix Experience Strong organizational and administrative skills—you see what needs to be done and do it Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of others Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone Apply NOW—we’re looking to fill this position ASAP!
