Our Orthodontic office in Katy, Texas is seeking a high energy, positive attitude Treatment Coordinator/Claims specialist to join our team! As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our orthodontic office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and coordinating their appointments, also in charge of submitting insurance claims for payments Responsibilities • Help the front office as needed with everyday tasks • Help check insurance coverage and the cost schedule • Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed • Billing and insurance claims processing/submissions • Benefits provided- paid vacation (After 90 days), holiday pay (After 90 days), and 401K (after 1 year)
