-Seeking a Dynamic Dental Front Office Team Member! Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced dental office environment? Look no further! Our dental practice is currently hiring for a Front Office Team Member to join our close-knit team. Responsibilities: Warmly Greet Patients: you’ll assist in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere by welcoming patients and assisting them to feel at ease. Appointment Scheduling: Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations to manage the clinical appointments efficiently. Insurance Coordination: Assist patients with filling out insurance paperwork, call insurance and verify benefits as needed as well as keep track of billing and account information on the patient ledgers. Patient Communication: Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, follow up on treatment plans to optimize clinical schedules and provide excellent customer service. Dental Terminology: An understanding of dental terminology and insurance procedures is preferred, but we’re excited to teach the right person. Qualifications: Prior Experience: Previous front desk experience in a medical or dental office is a plus. Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure excellent patient satisfaction. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining patient records and appointment schedules.
