Full time front office/ marketing coordinator opening available in a private orthodontic practice with one office. Must be experienced in the dental field, and have experience working on an administrative team. We are looking for a team player and leader who is energetic, organized, outgoing, reliable, and loves helping people. Job description includes marketing, scheduling, experience with AR and insurance, and a can do spirit to help our practice grow. We love someone with creative ideas and the ability to use Canva or Adobe. We have great systems in our office, and an amazing long term seasoned team who work well together. We have great onboarding processes for team members, so it is easy to pick up our processes. Great work-life balance, no late hours, Saturdays, and only one office. Great pay, 401k, and benefits.
