Description

Seeking a DENTAL HYGIENIST to join our team in our busy Hampton hygiene team! RESPONSIBILITIES • Reviewing basic health information and updating charts • Obtaining radiographs • Providing full-mouth perio probing and charting findings • Using dental software to chart findings & record health information • Develop and present treatment plans to patients • Local anesthesia for SRP • Providing prophylaxis, scaling & root planing • Placing localized antibiotics (eg. Arestin) • Communicate with business team to assist patient in making financial arrangements for treatment • Schedule patient recall appointments • Turn over treatment rooms • Sterilizing instruments • Maintain traps and suction lines • All team members assist with basic chores including emptying trash, light sweeping and other basic cleaning as needed • Various office duties as needed SALARY • Based upon experience and skill set BENEFITS • Dental benefits for employee and immediate family members • 401(k) and profit sharing plan (employees qualify after 1 yr of employment) • Paid holidays • Paid personal leave • Unpaid sick leave • Unpaid bereavement leave • Weekly team lunches • Monthly incentive bonus • Scrubs (Some benefits begin after 90 day trial period) HOURS • 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon - Thu
