Description

We are a private practice seeking a great front office receptionist. As you may know from your own dental experience, the front office is a key position. Engaging with patients, both on the phone and in person, is of prime importance and this team member must be very knowledgeable about how important it is to have a great relationship with each patient as well as with fellow staff. We run a tranquil office and we strive to maintain as stress-free of an environment as possible. We spend time with our patients to help understand their needs and develop a bond with them. This position encompasses greeting, accurate scheduling, and collecting fees. Come in! We’d love to meet you. Schedule: Enjoy 4 day work weeks! We work Monday through Thursday from 7:30am - 4pm. We work one Friday a month.
