Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who specializes in pediatrics to join our dynamic team. At Lucent Dental Group, our 100% dentist-owned and operated company prioritizes top-tier patient care, focusing on providing exceptional services to young patients. This role is based in DFW and involves the exciting opportunity of travel to Austin and Houston to support our Pediatric Dental Specialist in delivering efficient and child-friendly dental care. Responsibilities: • Assist the Pediatric Dental Specialist during dental procedures. • Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and understanding of procedures. • Ability to work early hours (7am Specialty start time) • Manage dental records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. • Travel to multiple locations in Austin and Houston as part of a traveling healthcare team. • Maintain dental supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition for mobile use. • Provide patient and family education on oral hygiene and preventive dental care. • Uphold the highest standards of patient care and service in every interaction.
