Atlanta Dental Spa is looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our team. As a private, fee-for-service practice specializing in Cosmetic, General, and Sedation Dentistry, we prioritize patient care, precision, and a positive experience. Our team is known for its expertise, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach, and we seek a Clinical Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence and care.Preferred Qualifications: •Experience: Minimum of 1+ years as a Clinical Assistant, including hands-on support for tasks such as dental imaging (photos/x-rays), impressions, temporary restorations, and assisting with a range of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and comprehensive restorative and surgical treatments. •Knowledgeable in Treatment Coordination: Familiarity with treatment planning, patient communication, payment collection, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience. •Software Proficiency: Experienced in using dental practice management software (CareStack preferred, but experience with similar software will be considered). •Certification: CPR certification required. •Advanced Clinical Skills: •Experience assisting with cosmetic and surgical procedures (preferred). •iTero Scanning Experience: Knowledge of iTero scanning technology is a plus. •Patient Care Skills: Strong attention to patient comfort, effective communication, and a team-oriented attitude.Schedule: Full-time (36 hours/week) 4 days/week, approximately 7 am to 4:00 pm, providing consistent hours and a balanced work schedule.Benefits:  As a private practice, we are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes: •Competitive pay •Health/Vision/Life insurance •401(k) with company match •Monthly incentive opportunities •Vacation and Holiday pay •Consistent hours and schedule •Figs scrubsExperience: Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification:  Certified Dental Assistant (Preferred) Work Location:  147 Johnson Ferry Rd #4220, Marietta, GA 30068   Powered by JazzHR PI272817483
