Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, applying fluoride treatments, and educating children and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices. You will also assess patients’ oral health and assist in developing personalized care plans to promote long-term dental health. We are seeking a team player who excels in patient interaction and possesses a gentle touch, ensuring that every child feels comfortable and secure during their visit. Your ability to engage with kids, explain procedures in a friendly manner, and help alleviate their anxieties is essential. We value hygiene professionals who can adapt their approaches to fit the individual needs of our young patients, making every visit a positive experience. The full-time position offers flexible hours: two Mondays a month from 9 am to 4 pm, Tuesdays from 9 am to 4 pm, and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 4 pm. This schedule allows for an ideal work-life balance while dedicating time to your passion for pediatric dental care. You will also have a dedicated hygiene assistant. To thrive in this role, you should have completed a dental hygiene program and hold a valid license. Experience in a pediatric setting is highly preferred, but we are also open to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our practice.
