*****This is a Hygiene Assisting Position****** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygiene Assistant to support our hygiene department. The ideal candidate values precision, efficiency, and outstanding patient care. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities: • Assist dental hygienist during procedures with precision and professionalism • Prepare and sterilize instruments and exam rooms according to health and safety standards • Record and maintain accurate patient information • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care • Manage patient flow to ensure timely appointments • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Assist in maintaining a productive schedule Qualifications: • Previous experience as a chairside or hygiene assistant • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Commitment to patient comfort and high-quality care • Knowledge of Open Dental Software a plus • Radiology certification, infection control training ***there is a bonus system associated with this position!
