David Langer, DMD (formerly Joseph G. Looper, DMD) is hiring! We are looking for a full-time dental hygienist for our 4 day work-week Monday through Thursday. Compensation to match experience Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:45-5PM; No weekends About Us: We are a small (one-doctor) established dental practice in Atlanta located centrally near Emory University. We have a wonderful patient base of working professionals, many who have been with the practice for years. We generally have 6-8 hygiene patients per day and do not double book our hygienists. What We Offer: $50–$52 hourly based on experience Paid Time Off, 8 Days after 90-Day Onboarding Period Paid Federal Holidays after 90-Day Onboarding Modern technology & paperless charting A supportive team that actually has your back Room to grow: mentorship, continuing education, and promotion opportunities Autonomy + flexibility - the simplicity of working under one dentist What You’ll Do: Build strong patient relationships with empathy & care Perio probe and monitor the oral health of our patients Perform thorough, gentle cleanings - which include (mostly) prophys, some SRPs and perio maintenance Educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention Work closely with doctors and assistants in a collaborative environment Utilize dental and imaging software to serve our patients - we are all digital and currently use open dental/dexis You Are: A licensed Dental Hygienist in GA; we are willing to hire and coach new grads.
