Join our team as a Surgical Technician, where you'll assist the surgeon during consultations and surgeries, enhance patient satisfaction, and boost office efficiency. In this role, you'll provide outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring the highest standards for our patients. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES Assisting Doctor in surgeries, seating patients, and taking vitals. Maintaining competency for anesthesia montoring. Completing consent forms and treatment plans. Documenting and maintaining records/charting within standards. Giving pre-operative and post-operative instructions. Obtaining medical clearances. preparing and maintaining clinical equipment and instruments. Taking x-rays and producing radiographic images that consistently display proper exposure. Excellent communications skill, Must be able to perform all job functions satifactorily. Adhere to OSHA and regulatory guidelines. Confidentiality and Professionialism: Maintain good rapport and copperative relationships with patients, doctor and team member. Approach conflicts constructively, identify problems, offer solutions and paticipate in resolution. Detail Oriented: Work efficiently with a key eye for detail. Clear Communicator: Effectively communicate verbally with patients and staff in a clear and professional manner. At least 2 yrs experience preferred. Basic CPR certification required Hours- Monday and Friday 7-2, Tuesday thru Thursday 8-5
