Smile Studio Kids is looking for an Expanded Functions Pediatric Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a leader, self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized. We are a start-up practice looking for someone who wants to grow with us and must be willing to work in both our Fairburn and Lovejoy locations. Required Skills: Proficient with X-rays, fabricating chairside bands and loops, sealant placement, coronal polishing, and rubber dam placement. Previous experience with assisting with IV sedation is a plus! Responsibilities - Assist the dentist in pediatric dentistry procedures. - Perform chairside assisting duties during dental procedures. - Utilize EFDA Certification to provide expanded functions support. - Assist with IV sedation as required. - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient dental assisting tasks are completed. Office Hours are Mondays and Tuesdays 9-4. Wednesdays and Thursdays 8-4. Fridays 8-1. We work a 4 day work week and alternate Mondays and Fridays.
