Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Wanted – Join Our Private Dental Practice! Are you an experienced, motivated Expanded Duties Dental Assistant looking for the next step in your career? Our privately owned general dental practice is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Lead Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to our team! Your Role Will Include: Leading and guiding our clinical assistant team. Providing high-quality chairside support to the doctor during procedures. Performing expanded functions duties, including temporary crowns, taking impressions, etc. Actively monitor the clinical team’s workflow and efficiency, and provide support where needed. Overseeing inventory control. Ensuring sterilization protocols, OSHA, and infection control compliance across the clinical team. Helping ensure every patient has a smooth, positive experience.
