Description
Tebo Dental is a well-established and privately-owned children & teen and orthodontic group with locations just north of Atlanta, GA. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented, loyal, and dedicated clinical and administrative professionals who are eager to provide quality and efficient orthodontic care. Our ortho department currently sees patients Monday through Thursday on a rotating schedule each week in our Lilburn, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, and Cumming offices. Ideal candidates are willing to travel to all locations and have FT availability. Ortho Assistant (Clinical): $18-25/hr DOE **OFFERING A RETENTION BONUS OF UP TO $2,000 + PRODUCTION BONUS FOR QUALIFIED ORTHO ASSISTANTS** (Bonus amount awarded is dependent upon number of clinical days worked, availability to travel to all offices, and/or previous ortho assisting experience) -Clearly communicate patient needs/concerns with the orthodontist -Thoroughly educate patients on various procedures and treatment recommendations -Provide post-operative and general oral health care instructions to patients -Gather all patient dental records -Notate patient charting and clinical notes -Take digital x-rays and intraoral images as needed -Provide chair side assistance to the orthodontist during treatment -Maintain patient room supplies and ensure inventory is appropriately stocked -Sterilize instruments and equipment and assemble trays -Perform various laboratory duties Qualifications: -Prior experience in an orthodontic office is strongly preferred -Fluency in Spanish is a plus -Knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology -Previous experience using Dolphin Imaging practice management software is a plus -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Proficient computer skills -Strong organizational skills -Exceptional attention-to-detail Benefits: Career advancement and growth Lifetime Fitness partnership with subsidy Health & dental insurance Long-term disability Paid time-off 401(k) with match
