Description

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our AWARD Winning, privately owned, pediatric dental office. We are not a DSO. We will value you and treat you with respect! We are a private insurance/PPO practice. We don't overbook. We don't overwork. We are currently open Monday-Thursday and usually 2 half-day Fridays a month. Salary is based off experience. 1) Do you have experience working at a pediatric dental office? 2) Can you manage two doctors? 3) Can you take radiographs on children? Are you confident taking radiographs on some children who may need extra TLC? 4) Do you have experience with chairside IV sedation? 5) Do you know how to implement OSHA standards of care? 6) Are you a Team player that's looking to grow in an environment that feels like a CAREER? We are looking for a co-lead DA (or EFDA) who can help our practice grow and thrive into the future. Don't settle on corporate. Think independent. Experience is a MUST.
