 Location: Cartersville, GA

We are a privately owned dental office coming soon to Cartersville, GA, with a mission to create a fun, welcoming, and stress-free dental experience for kids, teens, and young adults. Our goal is to provide exceptional preventive care while building lasting relationships with the families in our community. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant who loves working with children and has experience in pediatric dentistry and is willing to help with administrative tasks, as we get started. Position Details: Start Date: Fall 2025 (pre-booking for October and training/soft launch prior) Employment Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Schedule: Monday & Tuesday: Clinical – helping assist the doctor in providing operative care for patients that includes but is not limited to: resin fillings, extractions, stainless steel crowns, deliver of inhalation sedation (nitrous oxide). Assistant will also help with hygiene department in obtaining radiographs, polishing teeth, and interacting with patients and parents to develop amazing relationships with them. Wednesday: Marketing and outreach – attending school visits, community events, or helping promote the practice locally Requirements:
 ✔ Licensed Dental Assistant in Georgia (must have radiology certification)
 ✔ Experience working in pediatric or family dentistry
 ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and parents
 ✔ Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
 ✔ Comfortable helping with community outreach and marketing efforts
 ✔ CPR Certification Bonus if you have:
 🌟 Previous experience with pediatric care that includes behavior management and EFDA certification
 🌟 Familiarity with digital charting and modern dental instrumentation/materials
 🌟 Passion for community involvement and school-based education programs Responsibilities Include: Ensures a welcoming atmosphere and well-prepared treatment room for patients/parents and provides assisting during treatment of suctioning, passing instruments, providing materials all while helping monitor and steady patient behavior Provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment areas; maintaining organization of instrumentation during treatment and storage Provide diagnostic information through charting, exposing/developing radiographic images Help hygiene department in taking diagnostic radiographs, polishing, documenting dental care services by charting in patient records, and educate patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and any postoperative instructions Why Join Us?
