Currently we are looking for a cross-trained, expanded dental assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a non corporate dental practice/private dental practice. The dental assistant must have the following qualities: articulate, punctual, detailed and organized. The dental assistant must be proficient in the following skillsets: disinfection of treatment rooms, sterilization of instruments, ordering supplies, chairside assisting, fabricate temp crowns, pack cord, use an itero scanner, take alginate impressions. Function within a team, communicate with patients, communicate with coworkers and communicate with dentist. Dental charting, take Invisalign photos, place aligner attachments, write clinical notes, review treatment plans, answer phones, schedule patients, verify dental insurance and check on dental claims. Pour dental models, fabricate bleaching trays, perform in office teeth whitening, deliver Invisalign aligners, deliver night guards, apply fluoride, place sealants and coronal polish.
