Our well-established private practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who is: -Experienced in a dental office setting (this is a must!) -Proficient in Dentrix -A team player with excellent customer service and communication skills -Highly organized, great at multitasking, and able to manage time effectively -Passionate about delivering a positive patient experience -Key Responsibilities Include: -Greeting and checking in/out patients with a warm, welcoming attitude -Answering phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and positivity -Communicating with patients via email and text in a timely, helpful manner -Scheduling appointments strategically to meet daily production goals -Collecting and processing patient payments accurately -Presenting basic treatment plans clearly and confidently -Understanding common dental procedures to help guide patient conversations -Collaborating effectively with the clinical and front office teams This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves making patients feel cared for and appreciated from the moment they walk through our doors.
