Join Our Dynamic Dental Team! Are you a skilled dental assistant fluent in Spanish? We're looking for someone just like you to join our upbeat and active dental office! As a vital part of our team, you'll assist chairside, interact with patients, and contribute to our fun office environment. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that includes one dentist, two front desk staff, one full-time DA, and one part-time DA—all working together to provide excellent care. Location: Doraville Dental Group ( Must be within 20 miles from practice ) Position: Dental Assistant/Front desk (Spanish-Speaking) Schedule: Mondays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Administrative day, phone call management) Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( Dental assisting ) Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( Available for additional hours full or half day DA ) Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience Key Responsibilities: - Assist dentists during procedures and treatments - Prepare examination and treatment rooms with instruments and supplies - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental X-rays - Record and update patient medical histories and vital signs - Provide oral care instructions to patients in Spanish and English - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Ensure high standards of patient care and comfort - Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations Qualifications: - Fluency in Spanish and English REQUIRED - High school diploma or equivalent; Dental Assistant certification preferred - Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is advantageous - Familiarity with Dentrix/Curve and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods - Understanding of health & safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work well in a team-oriented environment Benefits: Dental benefits Paid Time Off and Holidays Supportive and Inclusive Work Environment Employee Discount and more!
