We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified) Provide patients with instructions for oral care following treatment procedures Maintain accurate patient records Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Greet and support patients to create a welcoming experience Qualifications: Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Certification in radiology (preferred but not required depending on state) Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive and friendly work culture Opportunity to grow within the practice
