About the Position: We seek a part-time or full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established pediatric dental practice. Compensation: Salary potential: Competitive daily or a percentage of production, whichever one is higher. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients aged 0–19, including those with special needs Perform routine and specialized pediatric dental procedures Participate in in-house IV sedation days with pediatric anesthesia Engage in community outreach and education efforts Collaborate with an experienced team of RDAs, hygienists, and front-office staff Ideal Candidate: Open to new graduates eager to learn and grow Passionate about working with children and families Interested in mentorship, professional development, and future practice ownership Energetic, collaborative, and community-minded Office Details: Conveniently located in Alpharetta, 30 minutes from Atlanta, GA Clinical space: 3 operatory rooms and 4 open bay hygiene chairs Work Schedule: Full-time position, 1–4 days per week Office hours: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person
