As we grow, we're seeking an experienced dental assistant who not only brings strong clinical skills but also the warmth and leadership to grow into a Lead Assistant role. What We're Looking For: -Excellent communication skills with a personable, bubbly, and confident demeanor -2+ years of dental assisting experience -RDA license in Texas (required) -Highly skilled in chairside assisting, sterilization, and digital workflows.
