We are a fee-for-service, privately owned practice with no managed care or in-network plans. Our long-term patients, highly skilled team, and beautiful newly renovated office make this a truly special place to practice dentistry. Our team members treat one another like family, work together with integrity, and genuinely care for our patients as if they were their own loved ones. We take pride in our modern technology, well-maintained equipment, and strong treatment acceptance rates built on decades of trust. We’re Looking For: An associate dentist who shares our values — honesty, compassion, and high morals. Someone who simply does what’s right and treats others the way they’d want to be treated. Strong communication skills and at least 3 years of experience are preferred. This opportunity begins at 2–2.5 days per week, with the goal of growing to a full-time position based on the associate’s busyness and the practice’s continued growth. That said, if the right candidate prefers to maintain a part-time schedule (2–3 days per week), we are happy to support that as well. Compensation: 35% of gross production with a guaranteed daily minimum. Position available January 2026.
