About the Role: A thriving oral surgery practice is seeking an experienced, high-energy Office Manager to lead daily operations and support a team dedicated to exceptional patient care. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven leadership role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, motivating teams, and creating a culture of excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment. As the Office Manager, you’ll work closely with regional leadership and the clinical team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the practice. This role requires a blend of business acumen, interpersonal skill, and organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily office operations to ensure optimal patient flow, staffing, and efficiency Step into key front-office roles as needed (Treatment, Scheduling, or Financial Coordination) Maintain office organization — including schedules, communications, and operational systems Champion the practice’s mission, vision, and values to foster a positive and collaborative team culture Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives, growth strategies, and local community outreach Track and manage practice performance metrics, KPIs, and bonus structures Oversee scheduling for doctors and team members to ensure productivity and work-life balance Collaborate with HR on payroll, performance management, hiring, training, and retention Ensure facility maintenance, vendor relations, and inventory management are handled efficiently Conduct periodic audits (patient charts, communications, accounts receivable, etc.) Monitor compliance with payer and reimbursement policies Lead the onboarding and development of new team members through structured training programs Provide excellent service and support for patients, addressing feedback with empathy and professionalism What We’re Looking For Experience in a medical or dental practice (oral surgery experience a plus) Strong communication and leadership skills with a professional, approachable demeanor Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment Quick learner with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement Dependable, mature, and motivated by both personal and team success
