What We Offer:  A friendly, upbeat, and supportive work environment  A four-day work week (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)  Achievable bonuses and performance incentives  Ongoing training and development with opportunities for career advancement  A boss who treats you well and values your input What We’re Looking For:  Someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working with people  Experience in the dental field (preferably with Eaglesoft software) is a plus, but not required  A reliable, team player who thrives in an organized environment; Relaxed schedule for delivering the ultimate patient experience  Someone who lives within 30 minutes of the office and is committed to providing excellent service Key Responsibilities:  Greet and build rapport with patients, answering phones with a friendly voice  Maintain patient records, updating medical histories and demographics  Ensure smooth patient flow, scheduling, and appointment coordination  Handle insurance billing, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups  Collect account balances and follow up on outstanding payments  Maintain a clean and organized reception area  Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with patients and specialists If you're looking for a place to truly make a difference and grow in your career, we’d love to meet you!
