About the Role We are seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator who excels at connecting with people and helping patients understand and commit to the care they need. You will guide patients through their treatment plans, explain procedures and financial options, and ensure their visits are properly scheduled and paid for — helping our team deliver the best possible care.
