Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with all chairside procedures, including bonding, debonding, wire changes, impressions, and scans Take and process digital radiographs, photos, and 3D (iTero) scans Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and sterilization areas Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and charting Support front office and lab team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow Deliver a positive, caring experience for every patient Qualifications Required: Dental Assistant Certification (State of Tennessee) Preferred: Orthodontic assisting experience (but willing to train the right candidate) Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Please send a cover letter and a resume with references.
