**Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator** -------Full-Time | Buckhead, Atlanta (In-Person)** At our privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice in the heart of Buckhead, we are passionate about delivering exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are currently seeking an experienced **Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator** to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations while guiding patients through their treatment plans with clarity, compassion, and confidence. ------ **Position Overview** This role blends operational leadership with patient advocacy. You will manage the flow of the practice, support and lead the team, and ensure patients have an outstanding experience while understanding and moving forward with their recommended treatment. -------- **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily office operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization * Coordinate and present patient treatment plans with excellent communication and follow-through * Manage financial operations, including billing, budgeting, collections, and reporting * Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation * Train, mentor, and support team members to uphold high standards of care and service * Utilize dental practice management software (Dentrix experience preferred) * Foster a positive, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with our mission * Build and maintain strong communication with referring offices, including prompt updates via phone and email * Handle patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solutions-focused communication * Lead by example in customer service, integrity, and work ethic * Take initiative to support practice growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement ------**Qualifications** * Proven experience in dental office management or a similar healthcare leadership role * Strong working knowledge of Dentrix or comparable dental software * Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills * Financial acumen, including budgeting, billing, and performance tracking * Thorough understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Prior supervisory or team leadership experience * Ability to confidently manage difficult patient situations with compassion * Self-starter with a positive, outgoing, and professional attitude --------**Schedule** * **Monday–Thursday:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM * **Friday:** 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM --- ---------**Benefits & Perks** * Amazing Culture and Caring Team * 401(k) with matching * Paid holidays and paid time off * Performance-based bonuses * Employee dental discounts * Supportive, team-oriented work environment --- If you are a motivated leader who values integrity, patient experience, and teamwork—and you’re excited to make a meaningful impact in a high-quality FFS practice—we would love to hear from you. **Work Location:** In person | Buckhead, Atlanta, GA
