OFFICE MANAGER – MULTI-LOCATION ROLE (Auburn, Buford, Hamilton Mill) Lead the Team. Elevate the Experience. Grow With Us. We are looking for a values-driven Office Manager to oversee operations across our Auburn, Buford, and Hamilton Mill locations. This role requires regular travel between locations to support operations and maintain consistency. What This Role Is All About 1. Building and Leading Strong, Aligned Teams · You will hire, train, coach, and support cohesive teams across all three offices. · You bring accountability, clarity, motivation, and a positive leadership presence every day. 2. Creating Smooth, Efficient Daily Operations Across Locations · You will ensure front office workflows run seamlessly, including scheduling, patient flow, communication, and coordination with the clinical teams. 3. Owning the Patient Experience at Every Office · You will make sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and guided. · You will help resolve concerns with professionalism and maintain a consistent 5-star standard across locations. 4. Supporting Financial Health and Practice Performance · You will monitor collections, treatment acceptance, accounts receivable health, and daily reporting to help drive the financial success of all three locations. 5. Overseeing the Environment and Systems That Keep Each Practice Running Smoothly · You will help maintain clean, organized, well-run offices. · You will support technology needs, facility needs, and compliance efforts across the practice.
