About the Role Our Patient Receptionist is the first and final impression of the Relief Dental experience. You’ll be the warm, friendly voice that greets patients on the phone and the confident professional who ensures they leave each visit feeling cared for and valued. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing patient communications and scheduling with precision and empathy. * Welcoming and onboarding new patients into the Relief Dental family. * Checking out patients, collecting payments, and supporting seamless daily flow. * Collaborating closely with the clinical and administrative team to uphold our standard of excellence.
