Position Overview We are seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between our clinical team and our patients. This role is essential in helping patients understand their recommended dental treatment, financial options, and insurance benefits—while building trust and supporting case acceptance. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with strong communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities • Review and present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients • Explain procedures, sequencing, timelines, and expected outcomes • Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and third-party financing • Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage, limitations, and estimated out-of-pocket costs • Coordinate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure accuracy of treatment plans • Answer patient questions and address concerns with empathy and professionalism • Obtain patient consent and signatures for approved treatment plans • Track case acceptance and follow up on unscheduled or pending treatment • Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system • Support front office and scheduling teams as needed Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office (required) • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or similar role preferred • Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable discussing finances and payment options with patients • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proficient with dental software • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Paid time off and holidays • Dental benefits • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for growth How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your dental experience and why you would be a great fit for our practice.
