Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Pediatric Hygiene and Treatment Coordinator to support our pediatric department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced office setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Also, you have to love working with kids for this position! Key Responsibilities - Schedule and manage hygiene appointments efficiently - Make outbound and inbound phone calls to confirm, reschedule, and follow up with patients - Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules - Verify, update, and work with dental insurance information - Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments and insurance-related questions - Collaborate closely with the hygiene team and front office staff to ensure smooth daily operations - Work closely with our pediatric dental assistant and Dr. Leigh Weldon Qualifications - Previous dental office experience required - Strong customer service and communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable working with insurance information and patient accounts - Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus - Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer - A supportive and positive team environment - Opportunity to grow with a well-established and growing practice - Competitive compensation based on experience - Dental benefits, 401k with matching contribution, Aflac insurance options, bonus opportunities
